We provide a clear size chart photo in every listing so you can measure your nails at home. For custom sizes, just leave your measurements in the checkout notes (example: L: 16, 12, 13, 12, 9 | R: 15, 11, 12, 11, 9). If you’re unsure, feel free to message us—we’ll help you find the best fit.

Q: How long do handmade press-ons last?
With proper prep and nail glue, our nails can last 1–2 weeks per wear. Since they’re made with salon-grade gel, they’re also reusable multiple times with the right care.

Q: Do you offer temporary wear options?
Yes! If you want to wear them just for a day or a special event, use the sticky adhesive pads included in your prep kit. They hold securely but are super easy to remove when you’re ready.

Q: How are these nails different from store-bought sets?
Each set is handcrafted with premium salon gel, foils, rhinestones, and 3D art. They’re not mass-produced—they’re tiny artworks for your fingertips that feel comfortable, durable, and look like salon-quality extensions.

Q: Do the colors look exactly like the photos?
All photos are taken without filters or AI renders. Slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings, but your nails will look just as gorgeous in person.

Q: Are the nails reusable?
Yes! With gentle removal and proper care, our nails can be worn again and again. We recommend storing them in the reusable case included with every order.

Q: How do I apply & remove the nails?
We include a simple guide in every order:

• Longer wear (3-4 weeks): Apply with glue.
• Temporary wear (1 day): Use the included sticky pads.
  For removal, soak in warm water or use cuticle oil for safe lifting. Sticky pads come off easily without soaking.

Q: Can I buy these as a gift?
Absolutely! Our nails come beautifully packaged, ready to be gifted for birthdays, holidays, or any anniversaries.

Q: How long does processing take?
Every set is made-to-order by hand. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before shipping.

Yes! Every order comes with tracking so you can follow your nails from our studio to your doorstep.

Q: What if I ordered the wrong size?
Since each set is handmade to order, we can’t accept returns for incorrect sizing. Please double-check our size chart photo before placing your order.

If we make an error or your nails arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll resolve it right away.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because these are custom, handmade items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for color, size, or design preferences.

Message us directly—we usually reply within a few hours (always within 24 hours). Please reach out before leaving a review—we genuinely care and will make it right.
